THE STORY OF K-9 SECURITY DOGS N.V.
Norman Hugo, aka just plain old "Hugo", founder and director of K-9 Security Dogs NV tells how the company started out; "Loving man's best friend dates back to my early childhood, when I would spend all my free time caring for homeless canines I found on the streets. I remember how my parents would reprimand me, because I couldn't see a hungry canine without extending a hand to the helpless creature. I had no way of knowing back then, that my love for my dogs would form a career in life."
"I remember back in 1993," Hugo continues. "Speaking to my friend Max Rodriguez, who owns Rodriguez Agencies, and him telling me that he was at the end of his wits. He'd been plagued by constant break-ins and robberies in his business. Believe it or not, thinking up solutions for him is how K-9 Security Dogs NV was born. I started out with two dogs and myself as the only employee. And, I'm proud to announce the company has grown with over 2000 pedigree canines and 50 professionals, who work as a team to offer security on many levels all over Curaçao."
